This Flourosilicone Closed Cell Sponge Rubber is flexible and compressible and designed for use in applications that have extreme Operating Temperature Ranges. This material has excellent weathering characteristics, compression set resistance, electrical strength and non-stick properties. It is often the choice for applications containing oils and fluids that would degrade normal elastomers. As well as the specification ASTM D6576 Type 2 Grade A,B & C this sponge rubber complies to MIL-R-6130 Type II Grade A and AMS 3323

LD70 Plastazote is an Inert Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 70Kg/m3 and is available in a variety of colours. LD70 can be joined to create endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

Expanded Nitrile Sponge excellent resistance to oil and fuels with the added benefits of high tensile strength, wide temperature range and low compression set.

The material meets UL94 HF1 > 2mm Flame Resistance standards and conforms to ASTM D1056-07 2B2 A1 B2 C M P2

A combustion modified high resilience Polyurethane Foam used in a broad range of applications across the bedding, mattress, medical, packaging, automotive and furniture sectors.

This material meets the technical requirements of Def Stan 81-083 Grade A

Natural Rubber Open cell Sponge is manufactured from isoprene and has and open cell structure that gives it excellent recovery properties, or compression set resistance. The material has a skinned, fabric surface finish providing good non slip properties and is free from soluble impurities such as Chlorine and Sulphate. The material meet the general physical requirements of Def Stan 93-41.

P586 is a high quality EPDM Sponge with excellent Flame Retardant(conforming to UL94-HF1) & Weathering Properties.  Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.

The material meets ASTM D1056-14 Classification - 2A1 B3 C M and is CFC and HCFC Free.

Closed Cell Silicone Sponge suitable for applications requiring excellent flame retardancy in extreme temperature applications. The material meets WRAS, FDA and Flammability standards including FAR 25/JAR 25 and UL94V1.

The material has excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation, UV, ionising radiation and weathering.
