We are closely monitoring the evolving geopolitical situation in the Middle East and evaluating any potential impacts on global supply chains. As part of our ongoing risk management process, we remain in regular communication with our supply network to help ensure continuity.

At this time, we do not anticipate any disruption to our subcontract manufacturing operations or our ability to supply our customers. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will communicate any meaningful updates should conditions change.

Sub-Tier Supplier Exposure

We are unaware of any critical raw material suppliers or sub-tier partners whose operations are in or contingent to the area in question.

Logistics & Transportation

While global transportation networks may experience periodic disruptions due to geopolitical tensions, we have not identified any constraints that would affect inbound materials or our ability to ship products to customers.

Supply Continuity Measures

Maintaining a reliable supply is a top priority for us. We maintain strategic inventories of both raw materials and finished goods and work closely with our suppliers to monitor potential risks. Our supply chain team continues to evaluate global conditions and take proactive steps to mitigate potential disruptions.

Currently, we have not experienced any cost increases. However, due to recent volatility in oil prices and their potential impact on plastic-based raw materials, we cannot guarantee that the cost of certain materials will remain stable.
